We use standard shipping methods and strive to deliver your order within 7-14 business days, depending on production times. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Country Chic Designs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached. Please contact us to initiate the return or exchange process.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may ask for photos of the damage to help us improve our packaging and shipping methods.
